About Wagner HVAC and Refrigeration

My name is Joseph Wagner, and Wagner HVAC & Refrigeration was built on one simple belief: people deserve an HVAC company they can trust.

For the last 23 years, I worked in the heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration industry, gaining experience on everything from residential systems to complex commercial equipment. During that time, I met incredible customers and learned what truly mattered. It wasn’t about making the biggest sale. It was about solving problems, doing quality work, and treating people with honesty and respect.

Over time, I realized I wanted to build something different. I wanted to create a company where every decision was based on what’s best for the customer, not a sales quota. A company where people could feel confident that if we recommended a repair, it was because it was the right solution, and if we recommended a replacement, it was because it genuinely made sense.

Starting Wagner HVAC & Refrigeration wasn’t the easy path. Leaving the security of an established career to build a business from the ground up meant taking a leap of faith. There were long days, late nights, and plenty of uncertainty. But I believed that if I focused on doing the right thing, providing exceptional workmanship, and putting customers first, the business would grow one relationship at a time.

That belief continues to guide everything we do today.
